Do you have Retail stores ? Can I visit your store to see the jewellery ?

Yes , We have a Retail Sales store Located in ANAND city , Gujarat , India since 1999 , and We have recently renovated our Stores in and Created Multy Storied “The Jewellery Mall” in Anand, Gujarat where customers can come and experience our exclusive designs.

Do you offer any additional discounts?

No, we do not offer any additional discounts. Because Our Jewellry is Best in Purty , New In Design , and Reasonable in Pricing. Our all inclusive MRP is lower than most stores.

If I can't find the piece I wanted Which is Sold , or right now is not present on the site. Can I still order it?

All jewellery bought from Pramukh Jewellers is certified by 916 BIS Hallmark.

I lost my jewellery certificate, can I get a duplicate?

we may arrange a duplicate if the design is present for you but it’s chargeable. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the certificate as a watermark.

You can cancel the order before delivery schedule. once Product is dispatched or delivered, it is not possible , however you can change the selection of product if it is available. if it is possible you have to bare the total courier charges

Can I Exchange or Return the jewellery ?

For Orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you and Courier. We have several products under the Express Delivery section. These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days.

How will the delivery be done?

We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
